Beyond KTA

Ephraim Scott Sommers (Issue 4 contributor) released The Night We Set the Dead Kid on Fire, a collection of poetry from Tebot Bach, in Spring 2017.

– David Haight is the author of three books: Overdrive, Me and Mrs. Jones, and Lemon. His story, “The Brothers,” appears in KTA – Issue 4.

Oriana Tang won an Honorable Mention for the 2014 Adroit Prize for Poetry. KTA – Issue 2 featured a poem and short story by Oriana.

Sherri Phillips‘s short story, “The Rubber Room,” was published in Spring 2013 issue of Ploughshares. Sherri is a contributor to KTA – Issue 1.

Gary J. Whitehead‘s third collection of poetry, A Glossary of Chickens, was released by Princeton University Press (March 2013). His poem, “Soldier Course,” appears in the April 8, 2013 issue of The New Yorker. Gary is a contributor to KTA – Issue 1.

Alice Lowe‘s new essay, “Leftovers on Lettuce: ABCs of a Life in Food,” was published by Middlebrow magazine (February 2013). Another piece, “Word of the Day,” is featured in Sleet. Alice is a contributor to KTA – Issue 1.

Jacquelines Jules’s children’s book, No English, won the 2012 Forward National Literature First Place Award for Picture/Children’s Books. Jacqueline is a contributor to KTA – Issue 1.
